Dakota Backup is searching for a Sales Professional to join our team of experts.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proactively call potential resellers, identify key contacts, and create interest in offsite data backup solutions for resale to their client base.

  • Prospect, identify and close new business via territory. Manage and forecast territory pipeline.

  • Document account history, opportunity details and forecast sales in Microsoft CRM database.

  • Develop sales tactics and schedule follow-up activities for qualified contacts.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows across the United States and any other activities that promote Dakota Backup, LLC.

  • Assist in creating marketing collateral as required.

  • Keep up to date with Dakota Backup functionality on data backup, recovery of data, off-site management, the archive industry and competitors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or inside sales. Sales experience in the SMB computer industry a plus.
  • High energy and positive attitude a must. Good follow through and attention to detail is required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Educational Requirements: Four year college degree or equivalent experience
